Although each modality holds its own wisdom and tradition what is shared is: the intention and attention brought to the therapeutic moment. This intention and attention, deepens our feeling of trust. And as we sense this feeling of connection—rebuild this feeling of connection—we may begin to transform the hurt and suffering in ways that rise within; finding a hope and hopefulness to our lives.
